MELT® NeuroStrength with Stacy Fisher Workshop: 

Traditional "corrective" exercises often treat poor stabilization solely as a strength problem and work to strengthen muscles, ignoring the brain and its effects on our movement patterns. MELT® NeuroStrength uses highly focused positioning and subtle, slow movements using bodyweight and specialized bands to open pathways to the stabilizers of the body. The result is improved stability, communication, and athletic performance. Previous MELT® experience required.
