The goal of this workshop is to provide men of all ages the opportunity to try yoga. We'll start off by building a foundation in the basics. Attendees can expect individual attention to correct alignment in each pose. Whether you are a never-ever or feel like you simply don’t know what you're doing, this workshop is for you!
