MELT® is a simple self-treatment that reduces chronic pain and improves your body's ability to restore balance and repair itself. Using a specialized soft foam roller and small balls, this neurofascial technique brings your body back to a more ideal state by directly enhancing body awareness, rehydrating connective tissue and quieting the nervous system. MELT® products will be available for purchase so that you can continue your practice at home.
