TICKETS ON SALE NOW!

1. Each performer is entitled to one complimentary ticket for the show of their choice. To redeem the comp ticket, you must call or stop by The Center Box Office in person.
2. Comp tickets are not available online.
3. Be sure to order your tickets early! Shows fill up fast, and DW does not hold extra seats.
4. The Center Box Office hours are Monday-Friday, 12-5pm. The contact number is 307-733-4900.

YOUR COMMITMENT

Reminder to students and parents: When your student accepts his/her role in this year's winter audition, you and your student are committing to the following:

REHEARSAL SCHEDULE

FRIDAYS & SATURDAYS

October 6 - November 17 and November 30 
Rehearsals for each role last approximately 1-2 hours.
Friday rehearsals are between 4 -7:30pm. 
Saturday rehearsals are between 10am - 5:30pm.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

1. Students must attend all rehearsals including tech and dress rehearsals. We expect an email if there is an unavoidable absence.
2. Any missed rehearsals from Nov 16 – Dec 7 will jeopardize your opportunity to perform.
3. There are no rehearsals over Thanksgiving break, Sunday Nov 18 - Sunday, Nov 25.
4. Technical Rehearsal (Dec 1) and Dress Rehearsals (Dec 3 – 6) are absolutely mandatory.
5. We try to post rehearsal schedules Monday afternoons for the coming weekend. The schedule is emailed, posted online, and posted on the call board.
6. Students must provide their own shoes, tights and leotard to wear with their costume.
7. Costume requirements will be clarified as decisions are made.

MANDATORY STAGE REHEARSALS 

December 1 & December 3 - 6: NO ABSENCES ALLOWED

All stage rehearsals take place in The Center Theater. Specific production schedule will be published after Thanksgiving.

General outline for your planning purposes:

Saturday, December 1 – Technical Rehearsal: ALL DAY 10am – 6pm
Monday, December 3 – Thursday, December 6 Technical and Dress Rehearsals: after school 4 – 8pm

PERFORMANCES & SPECIAL EVENTS

All performances take place at The Center Theater.

Thursday & Friday, December 6 & 7: morning school performances, time TBD
Friday, December 7 at 7pm – CAST A
Saturday, December 8 at 2pm – CAST A
Saturday, December 8 at 7pm – CAST B
Sunday, December 9 at 4pm – CAST B

Arrival Time: Dancers will be called to the theater a minimum of one hour before show time. Older dancer will have earlier calls.

Cast Party: All cast and crew members, their families and their friends are invited to a potluck cast party in The Center Theater lobby following the final performance on Sunday, December 9. More information to come at a later date.

Production Fee: There is an $85.00 production fee. The fee helps offset a small portion of the cost of rehearsal, production, choreography, theater rental, staffing, costumes, sets, etc. Additional support for the production comes from ticket sales, donations and sponsorships. The fee is due by October 5 and will be collected at the audition.
