Ballet Technique Workshop with Lines Ballet

Beginner 6-7 pm
Intermediate: This is a special guest artist class, taught by a LINES Ballet Company Member. For this session on August 4th, the intermediate / advanced ballet class will be offered in place of the standing CDW company class. This class will be 90 minutes. Pre-registration is required by August 1st.
Monday 12 pm to 1:30 pm
Beginner: This is a special guest artist class, taught by a LINES Ballet Company Member. This class will be 60 minutes for any level dancer. Pre-registration required by August 1st. 60 minutes

Yoga With Props with Heidi Christine

A prop supported yoga practice for all levels
Deepen your yoga practice and find the support you crave by learning to use props to optimize your alignment and enable your nervous system to release old patterns and tensions.
With props of all kinds learn to sub props for one another and find things right in your own home to support your personal practice.
Partner Yoga with Heidi Christine

Ever wondered how those folks in the park get into those crazy poses, or better yet, what it FEELS LIKE to be balanced above the ground and FEEL SAFE. Or to feel the support and care of another in your yoga practice?.?.
Partner yoga is all about finding the space to offer and receive support from another. Bring a trusted friend or partner (or pair up with someone there) and learn how to BE THERE for one another physically, consciously, and how to receive the support needed to dive into your own practice. Take home the foundational understanding to bring these adjustments into your home practice.
Reiki Healing Circle with Hanna Austin

This unique offering is a time to gather in community for the highest good. No experience is necessary. After a brief introduction and description of Reiki, universal Lifeforce healing energy there will be a time to share intentions. Reiki can be sent to something as small as a sore thumb or as big as world Peace. Everyone present will hold the intention for the highest healing and Good as we share and send our energies during this 20 minute meditation. Once we complete our meditation, the energies will be sent on their way out into the world. This can be a very powerful practice, especially for situations that can feel out of our control. Heaviness becomes much lighter when shared. If you are ready to answer this call, then you are meant to be there and your energies are needed.

DW Dance Jam with Georgie Armstrong

DW Dance Jam is an all-levels movement class taught by Georgie Armstrong that offers a fun and inclusive approach to dancing. Designed for people of all shapes and sizes, backgrounds and identities, DW Dance Jam is a communal space for people who want to move their bodies.
Georgie will lead this 60 minute class in a series of movement cues, accompanied by a curated playlist of multi-genre pop music. The format is open but guided throughout. No prior dance experience necessary, but open mindedness is a prerequisite.
Contemporary Dance Wyoming Company Class
